Equipment Skids & Sub-Frames
Structural skids and sub-frames for pre-assembled power and cooling modules — UPS, switchgear, PDUs and cooling plant — fabricated to your module drawings for rapid hook-up on site.
Access Platforms, Walkways & Stairs
Maintenance access steelwork for elevated and rooftop plant — platforms, walkways, staircases, handrail and open mesh flooring, supplied as one secondary steelwork package.
MEP Support Steelwork
Secondary steelwork for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services — trapeze supports, bracketry and service frames coordinated with your M&E contractor's drawings.
Cable & Containment Support Structures
Support structures for cable tray, ladder and busbar runs across data halls and plant rooms — multi-tier stands, trapeze hangers and containment support steel.

Documentation & traceability
Every KLY structural package is manufactured through an EN 1090-certified factory, with global capability up to EXC4. Each project includes EN 1090 evidence; material, welding, coating and dimensional records can be included to match your requirements.
Delivery
DDP delivery, managed by KLY
KLY offers Delivered Duty Paid to the named destination and acts as principal UK importer for imported packages, coordinating duties, customs clearance and freight. Off-loading and site responsibilities are made clear in the quotation.
Engineering
Engineering & drawing support
Use customer, consultant or equipment-supplier drawings, or ask KLY to coordinate engineering support. This can include load calculations, connection design checks and coordination with your M&E and structural teams.

FAQ
Data Centres questions
Every package includes EN 1090 evidence from the certified manufacturing factory. Global capability extends up to EXC4, and the agreed pack can also include material, welding, coating and dimensional records.
KLY supplies the structural-metal package: rooftop plant frames, AHU and chiller supports, pipe and cable support structures, access platforms, gantries, screening and equipment support frames. Installation, M&E, cooling systems and commissioning are carried out by your appointed contractors.
Where KLY quotes Delivered Duty Paid, the included import duties, customs clearance, freight and named destination are stated before order. Programme assumptions, off-loading and customer dependencies are also defined in the quotation.
