What we deliver
Data centre campuses need support buildings that keep pace with the main build: generator halls, electrical rooms, cooling plant enclosures and ancillary facilities. KLY configures engineered steel buildings for these support functions, coordinated to the campus layout and delivered with a complete document pack.
KLY delivers the engineered building system and works alongside your appointed M&E, civils, commissioning and installation contractors. If your requirement spans wider than the building, ask — scope is agreed per project.

Documentation
Documentation & traceability
Structural steelwork is manufactured under EN 1090 through qualified production partners, with the execution class set per project and certification held by the production partner. The document pack — material certificates, welding and inspection records, coating reports, drawings and delivery documentation — is formatted to support campus handover requirements.

Deliveries are sequenced and labelled to suit phased campus programmes and constrained site access, with delivery terms and destination defined in the quotation.

Every digital infrastructure building is engineered before manufacture and aligned with the campus design team — design basis, structural calculations, connection details and the interface information the M&E and civils packages need. Deliverables and design responsibility are agreed for the project.

Yes. Campus programmes are usually phased, and buildings can be configured once and released in sequenced batches — the same specification and document pack applied to each phase.
Acoustic criteria are set by the project's acoustic consultant and coordinated into the building configuration — attenuator positions, louvre sizing, envelope build-up and door specification. KLY builds the requirement into the specification rather than certifying acoustic performance.
No — the building system covers structure, envelope, doors, access and documentation. The equipment inside is supplied and installed by your appointed contractors, with the building configured around their layouts and access requirements.
